Research Areas: Differential geometry
Yassir Dinar received his PhD in Geometry from the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA) in Italy. His dissertation focused on algebraic Frobenius manifolds and primitive conjugacy classes in Weyl groups. He is currently an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Sultan Qaboos University. He is also an Arab Fund Associate at The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP).
Dinar's research interests lie primarily in the areas of differential geometry and mathematical physics. His recent work has explored the connections between Dubrovin-Frobenius manifolds, W-algebras, and integrable systems. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the advancement of these fields.
