The Center participates in various science festivals to encourage young people to embrace careers in research and innovation, and help them explore with fun scientific activities.
Virtual Outreach Activities
To adapt to the new reality of E-learning, the CGSB organized interactive virtual school visits. These visits aim to educate students on the different research paths and projects and discover the sciences' multiple avenues.
School Visits
There’s a tremendous value in having scientists connect with students. The CGSB school visits are organized to encourage children to connect with science and consider science careers.
Exhibitions
The Center’s team organizes scientific exhibitions and participates in national exhibitions to introduce their research and activities to the public.
Brain Awareness Week
The Center was a partner in the Dana Foundation Brain Awareness Week, A global campaign to foster public enthusiasm and support for brain science and research.
Research Seminar Screenings
A weekly seminar series from the Department of Biology in NYU New York to allow NYUAD researchers to keep up to date with their colleagues.

Citizen Science
The Center led a group high school students and helped stimulate their curiosity about different tools and experiments used in the field of drug discovery
iGem
The Center supports and mentors students participating in iGem, a synthetic biology program, and competition.
