The NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) Arts and Humanities Research Platform will host its Research Open Day on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, bringing together leading academic institutions from across the UAE for a day dedicated to collaboration, creativity, and dialogue.
Free and open to the public, the event invites scholars, artists, researchers and students to explore common ground and spark new partnerships within the arts and humanities. It also welcomes local institutions seeking to connect with NYUAD faculty and benefit from their areas of expertise. The full-day program will feature insightful research presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, providing a platform for sharing ideas and building bridges between institutions, disciplines, and perspectives.
Speakers will represent universities across the UAE, including the University of Sharjah, Abu Dhabi University, American University of Dubai, Ajman University, and the American University of Sharjah, alongside NYUAD faculty and researchers. The day will conclude with a panel discussion on “Fostering Collaborative Research.”
