Located on the fourth floor of the Library, the Sensory Space provides students with an academic environment that helps them center their sensory needs to be more academically successful. This includes sensory-seeking and sensory-avoidance features such as adjustable individual lighting, sound-dampening panels, adjustable privacy panels, and sensory manipulatives like noise-canceling headphones and fidget devices.
Access to the Sensory Space is granted to those with special accommodations that would benefit from using the space. Please contact the Student Persistence and Accessibility (SPA) team to request accommodations.
