Course Reserves
Faculty and Instructors
Course reserves ensure that essential readings and resources are readily accessible to students throughout the semester. Faculty and instructors may request that materials be placed on course reserve for any course that's currently being taught. Course reserve requests can be submitted at any time. While not required, including a course syllabus can help library staff process requests more efficiently and ensure accurate placement of materials.
Library items can be pulled from the stacks by circulation staff. Any personal books for reserve should be brought to the library’s circulation desk by the faculty and instructors.
Physical items (library books/textbooks/personal books, DVDs, etc.) may be placed on reserve, depending on availability.
Please allow up to two days for processing, and kindly plan ahead to ensure the materials are ready when your students need to use them.
