Math Circle

For Youth at NYU Aub Dhabi

In the age of fake news, it is increasingly important that we understand what is happening around us. With mathematical logic and reasoning, it is easier to spot misinformation and inaccurate conclusions from presented data. The teaching of this way of critical thinking cannot be started too early.

Zoom sessions take place every Saturday morning:

• Ages 9-13 
• Ages 14-18

What does the NYU Abu Dhabi Math Circle do?

• promote the culture of studying mathematics 
• instil mathematical knowledge in young people’s reasoning 
• bring out problem-solving potential to the maximum 

The NYUAD Math Circle is not built around any specific curriculum. Our approachable and friendly instructors chose topics with games, puzzles, and hands-on activities.
