Lakshmi Kailas completed her post-graduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India, and her Master of Management Studies (MMS) from BITS Pilani, India. She has also partially completed the CIMA qualification. Her research interests broadly span the area of Organizational Behavior. She has worked as a Research Assistant at UAE University, Al Ain and HCT, Dubai. She has also worked in several roles in Banking and Finance across India, Hong Kong, and the UK.
