Library and Academic Technology

Service to scholars is the primary mission of the NYU Abu Dhabi Library. We provide resources, research expertise, specialized equipment, software and technologies needed for scholarly endeavors and offer assistance in their use. Members of the NYU community have access to our extensive range of physical and electronic collections. The NYUAD Library is fully connected to NYU Libraries, providing seamless access for our global scholars. In addition, we are home to the Center for Academic Technology, Audio-Visual Services, the Center for Digital Scholarship, and Archives and Special Collections.

Ron Berry completed a BA in Geography and Master's of Library Science from the University of British Columbia. Previous to NYU Abu Dhabi, he was the Associate Dean for Technology and Information Services at Grand Valley State University (USA) and Associate University Librarian at the American University of Sharjah (UAE).
