NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint a cohort of recent graduates to pursue their professional aspirations via enrollment to a prestigious paid graduate program.
As a Graduate Fellow, you will be strategically placed within a designated department aligned with your professional interests, under the guidance of a dedicated HR representative and a peer buddy from the department. Over the course of 12 months, you will undergo tailored training and development, preparing you for a junior professional role within your respective department upon program completion. Your journey will be meticulously curated through a comprehensive Training Plan, encompassing technical and role-specific training, IT proficiency, as well as soft and business skills essential for success.
Expect to engage in a stimulating learning experience, designed to align with departmental objectives and NYUAD's overarching vision. This immersive curriculum will challenge you to leverage your research acumen, analytical prowess, and project management skills across a spectrum of activities, including problem-solving, subject analysis, primary and secondary research, project execution, and interdepartmental collaboration. Through this program, you will emerge equipped with the skills and capabilities necessary to thrive in your future endeavors, contributing meaningfully to the ethos of NYUAD as a global hub of innovation and scholarship.
