Researchers and Innovators

New ideas and novel discoveries are widely anticipated in a research-intensive institute such as NYU Abu Dhabi. NYUAD encourages the research and academic community to translate their research into applicable uses that can benefit the public. The process includes an Innovation Disclosure Form, where applicable, and an Intellectual Property Assessment.

Scholars, researchers, and students as innovators are key contributing partners to the success of research translation. Not only do they have in-depth knowledge about these discoveries but they are also better positioned to support external partners and collaborators in applying these discoveries to achieve maximum benefits.
