Entrepreneurs can engage with NYUAD in different ways depending on how appropriately the collaboration can accelerate growth of the startup from idea to a viable research-driven business.

Training

The training program through startAD is tailored to ensure those who are passionate about starting their own businesses obtain appropriate entrepreneurial skills and business acumen to help them in operating deep-tech startups. You can apply to this type of training as an individual or a group preferably with a business idea generated from academic or research work.

Mentorship

Mentorship support is generally provided to entrepreneurs who have already advanced their original ideas and technologies into a viable business use case. It is designed to allow entrepreneurs to work closely with skilled mentors to guide and advise on how best to progress their projects to investable propositions.
