Dima is a research assistant at the CAMeL Lab. Her current research interests include Arabic dependency parsing and morphological analysis. Dima is involved in a number of projects that include the creation of tools, treebanks, and datasets that support work on Arabic NLP.

Dima has a BA in Computer Science, and an MA in Computing from Birzeit University, Palestine. She also has an MSc in Computer Science from NYU. She began working in the field of Natural Language Processing in 2014 with Thomson Reuters and joined NYUAD's CAMeL lab in November 2015.
