Gulnoza Mansur

After my sophomore year I interned at Wamda, a leading entrepreneurship and empowerment platform in the Middle East. Meeting talented young entrepreneurs on a daily basis and learning more about the entrepreneurship ecosystem of the region inspired me to further pursue business studies at Stern Business School during my study away in New York.

The project I worked on that summer was building the largest arena in the region and it is incredible to watch it being constructed here in Dubai. By the end of my internship, I secured my full-time offer with PwC.

What I enjoy the most about my job is that I get exposure to a variety of projects in different industries. Right now I’m working on the commercial due diligence of a mobile app but my first project was a feasibility study for a family entertainment center in Saudi Arabia. For that one, we had to negotiate the concept with a famous British producer and present it to the Chairman of the Saudi conglomerate. In a short time span, I learned a lot about the entertainment and real estate industries.
