Massinissa Merouani is a graduate research assistant and PhD candidate at New York University Abu Dhabi. Merouani is a recipient of the NYUAD Global PhD Fellowship and is currently advised by Professor Riyadh Baghadadi. Prior to joining the PhD program at New York University, Merouani obtained a Master's degree in computer science from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique in Algiers. Merouani's research interests revolve around AI-Assisted Compiler Optimization, Data-Driven Performance Modeling, and Machine Learning for Systems Optimization.
