  • Saba has received a Researcher-Led Initiative (RLI) grant from the University of Sussex to direct a 4-part web series that unpacks the prickly, knotty mess of #metoo in South Asia, based on interviews with college survivors.
  • Saba has received an NYUAD publication grant for her debut novel, Skyfall, slated for release by Bloomsbury in 2020.
  • Saba is the recipient of a grant by the Doha Film Institute to direct a documentary film on how football is producing a movement beyond sports among Pakistan’s street children, titled “Concrete Dreams: Some Roads Lead Home”, slated for release in August 2019.
