Arrivals
Conference participants should plan to arrive in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday, January 10, as the meeting begins early the next morning. Departures are recommended for the afternoon of Sunday, January 14, 2024 to allow for tourism and optional organized outings on Saturday, January 13.
Visitors may fly into Abu Dhabi via Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH), which is a 30-minute drive (~USD 20) from campus, or Dubai International Airport (DXB), which is a one-hour drive (USD 80) from campus.
Individuals who are selected for our competitive travel grants will have their flights and accommodations organized by NYUAD's in-house travel agency, Nirvana.
