The Office of Research Capacity Building at NYUAD focuses on articulating quality research, catalyzing new activity, and connecting NYUAD locally, regionally, and internationally. A cornerstone of this mission is our commitment to building research capacity through the Kawader program.
Kawader is a unique capacity-building research fellowship program. It offers outstanding graduates the chance to gain valuable experience in a cutting-edge academic research environment. This intensive, three-year program is individually tailored and features two distinctive paths, designed specifically for graduates considering either a graduate degree or a career in research. Through Kawader, we foster collaborative relationships with external partners and actively promote research opportunities across interdisciplinary areas.
