Dr. Abdullah Khalil completed his Bachelor's from NED University of Engineering and Technology and Master's from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He joined Khalifa University in 2012 where he completed his PhD in Nanomaterials in 2016. Afterward, he joined New York University Abu Dhabi as a Postdoctoral Associate where he worked on the synthesis and applications of organic crystals at the department of Chemistry. He also worked at the AMBER lab on advanced materials for construction with a special focus on 3D printing. Currently, he is a part of the Water Research Center where he is focusing on water treatment through modern materials and methods for better efficiency. His special skills and interests include 3D printing, electron microscopy, and nanomaterials for sustainable applications.
