Nasser Zalmout is a PhD student at New York University and a fellow at the New York University Abu Dhabi Global PhD Student Fellowship program. Nasser’s research interests are mainly in natural language processing and deep learning, with contributions in morphological analysis, machine translation, text normalization, among others.
Before joining the CAMeL lab, Nasser was a research assistant at Birzeit University, Palestine. He also worked as a co-founder of a tech startup in Palestine.
Nasser completed his MSc degree at Imperial College London, UK, in Computing, and his BSc in Computer Engineering at An-Najah National University, Palestine.
