Nour Abdelmoneim is a Research Assistant for the Mars Research Group at NYUAD Center for Space Science. She holds a BSc in Computer Science with a minor in Sound and Music Computing from New York University Abu Dhabi.
Research
Nour’s current research focuses on analyzing Martian data from various missions, including NASA's Curiosity and Perseverance rovers and new data from UAE’s Hope mission. Her main focus is on taking a data-driven approach to analyzing and understanding climate on Mars. Additionally, she is exploring how machine learning models can be leveraged to examine and forecast Martian climate.
