Siraj Pallichankandy
Research Associate
Affiliation: NYU Abu Dhabi
Education: MSc in Biotechnology, Kannur University
Siraj Pallichankandy obtained his Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from the Kannur University, India. Siraj subsequently moved to UAE and joined as a research assistant at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University. Under the supervision of Professor Sehamuddin Galadari, Siraj is currently pursuing his PhD from Acharya Nagarjuna University, India. As a research associate at NYU Abu Dhabi, Siraj’s current research is focused on elucidating the molecular signaling mechanisms involved in the cytotoxicity mediated by various natural products which have the potential to be developed as anticancer agents.
