Klaudia Olborska – Szymańska is a Polish award-winning violinist who is based in Dubai. She is among the most promising violinists of her generation. For the past nineteen years, Klaudia has performed on prestigious stages across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Despite her young age she was invited to perform in Carnegie Hall in 2014 after winning the First Prize and Judges’ Distinction Award of the American Protégé International Music Talent Competition in New York with her piano trio.

Klaudia received her music education at the Zenon Brzewski Music High School in Warsaw – Elite Talent School for Young Musicians. She won numerous top awards at the national and international violin competitions as a soloist and chamber artist. Klaudia was an exhibitioner of the Kosciuszko Foundation in New York.

The violinist has participated in various international courses in Germany, Italy, Norway, and Canada – studying with world-renowned artists including Wolfgang Marshner, Alexander Frolov, Shanshan Yao, Jonathan Crow, and Ian Swensen.

Klaudia holds a master’s degree in performing arts from The Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw where she studied violin with Maria Orzechowska and Janusz Kucharski.

Currently, Klaudia is a doctoral student at The Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Poland. Her research focuses on the violin in Arabic music from the western trained violinist's perspective.

Last year Klaudia performed Mendelssohn Violin Concerto at the Dubai Opera with the World Doctors Orchestra under the Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice – President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Her most recent projects include soloing with and leading the Dubai Chamber Orchestra as a concertmaster in their 2017/2018 season, performing at the Chamber Concert Series at the NYUAD, as well as several collaborations with TV projects in Poland (TVP, TVN) and United Arab Emirates (Sharjah TV, Abu Dhabi Media).
