Is this a residential program?

We can't wait to see you on campus! This is a commuter program, so students will attend their sessions during the day and return home afterward.

How competitive is admission?

Admission is selective and based on academic readiness, motivation, and demonstrated interest.

How does NYU Abu Dhabi ensure student safety and supervision?

The safety and well-being of all participants are a top priority.

All Summer Academy participants are minors, and the program strictly adheres to NYU’s Minors Protection Policy and UAE regulatory standards.

• All staff, including faculty, teaching assistants, and program personnel, undergo security clearance and mandatory safeguarding training.
• Students are under full supervision at all times during program hours.
• A minimum 1 to 5 staff-to-student ratio ensures close oversight and support.
