Strategic Administrative Transformation

Strategic Administrative Transformation is a subunit of CABO combining critical operational enablement departments in technology, procurement, and logistics with an overarching CABO-directed administrative governance framework that ensures all administrative priorities and initiatives are both strategically aligned to the University vision and mission, but just as importantly, tactically focused so that priorities of each department complement each other to achieve shared objectives.
