The Office of the COO supports business and administrative service units, responds to community needs, manages operational relationships with our Abu Dhabi partner, and leads change initiatives. By advancing new services and enhancing existing processes, the Office will support an environment where operational goals are met through efficiency, agility, and alignment.

The Office of the COO is focused on:

Driving institutional excellence: Delivering strategic, high-quality support across all administrative functions to enable departments to fulfill their commitments effectively.
Fostering innovation: Incubating initiatives like National Talent Development programs, centralized logistics support, and Service Center enhancements.
Enhancing engagement: Building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring operational alignment with the University’s academic, research, and co-curricular goals.
Promoting customer service: Working collaboratively to develop and deliver holistically designed services focused on our Community’s end user experience.
