The Office of Campus Real Estate and Facilities Management covers major operations on campus. Its departments are essential to NYUAD’s real estate management including projects, planning, facilities management, campus services (housing and dining), and NYUAD Bookstore management. This office includes the following units:
Projects and Planning works to deliver high-quality, essential services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests by supporting their academic, social, and cultural needs. Areas within Projects and Planning include: space strategy and management, campus enhancement, delivery of capital projects, small works, and campus development and enhancement.
Facilities and Asset Management supports NYU Abu Dhabi’s teaching, scholarship, and community life goals through the sustainable planning, operation, and renewal of the physical environment of the University. Campus Services works to provide essential services to the campus community including housing management, hospitality management, dining, events support, and in addition, NYUAD Bookstore management. Onboarding and offboarding of campus residents including students and faculty is a key deliverable in addition to campus activation.
