Executive Director, Finance and Budget
NYU Abu Dhabi Business and Administration works closely with the Vice Chancellor on all matters related to the office, including university policies, strategic planning, communication, and institute-wide initiatives. Business and Administration is responsible for the development and oversight of the university’s policies and procedures, and it works closely with NYU Abu Dhabi’s government partner on crisis planning and joint governance issues.
As Chief Administrative and Business Officer, Peter provides leadership for NYU Abu Dhabi's finances and operations. In his role, Peter fosters effectiveness, collaboration and continuous improvement in NYUAD's administrative services in Abu Dhabi and across NYU. Peter has been with NYU since 2004 in numerous administrative and planning roles. Prior to coming to NYU, Peter held positions at Yale University, The Tono O’Odham Nation, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Peter is a certified public accountant, receiving a BS in Economics and Accounting from Gonzaga University, and an MS in Computer Information Technology from Regis University.
