New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint a Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Client Success in the Office of Executive Education, reporting to the Vice Provost, Executive & Professional Education
The Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Client Success is responsible for supporting revenue generation within the Office of the Vice Provost for Executive and Professional Education. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships to expand the client base for NYU Abu Dhabi’s executive education and open enrollment programs across both in-person and online delivery formats. This includes facilitating the development of long-term agreements with government entities, corporate organizations, and educational institutions.
The position serves as a key point of coordination between external partners and internal stakeholders to support program delivery and partnership outcomes. The Manager contributes to achieving short-term revenue targets and long-term growth objectives by supporting business development activities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with colleagues across NYU’s global network.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic leads. Develop and present executive education offerings to key stakeholders, including HR leaders and government representatives, with the aim of securing long-term partnerships and contractsStrategic Partnership Management
- Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs). Oversee the full client lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and partnership renewal
Global Network Collaboration
- Collaborate with NYU’s global network, including New York and Shanghai campuses, to support joint initiatives and business development efforts. Contribute to cross-campus programs that enhance market reach and revenue generation
Internal Advocacy & Reporting
- Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, including faculty and curriculum teams, to ensure alignment on program design and delivery. Support the development of tailored program offerings by translating client requirements into actionable plans
Revenue Tracking & Strategy
- Monitor revenue performance, enrollment trends, and market dynamics. Adjust business development and outreach strategies to align with performance targets and evolving market needs across in-person and online offerings.
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate relations, or partnership management, preferably within a higher education or professional training context. Proven track record in B2B sales or partnership management
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and government procurement processes
- Exceptional communication skills (English is required)
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across different time zones
Preferred Education
- Master's Degree (MBA or MPA) or an advanced degree in Higher Education Administration
- Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or certifications in Strategic Account Management.
Preferred Experience
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) to facilitate high-level ministry relations
- Familiarity with Executive Education CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Deep knowledge of "Stern at NYUAD" specific program offerings and value propositions
