Accessible Campus
The NYU Abu Dhabi campus is accessible for people with disabilities.
Academic accommodations granted to students at any NYU site, including NYU Abu Dhabi, are given through NYU Moses Center for Accessibility and Inclusive Culture in New York. As such, students who need reasonable accommodations are required to follow the registration and application process with the Moses Center.
For students studying at NYUAD, they may contact Student Persistence and Accessibility (SPA), at nyuad.spa@nyu.edu, for any accommodation-related inquiries.
Examples of the types of reasonable academic accommodations that may be provided at NYUAD include, but are not limited to:
It is important to note that reasonable academic accommodations do not negate requirements for successful completion of a program, course, or service or adherence to acceptable standards of behavior. Furthermore, please also note that some accommodations are not appropriate in all courses and early communication from students with accommodations to their professors is highly encouraged.
All students who are requesting reasonable academic accommodations are required to register with NYU Moses Center for Students with Disabilities (CSD). If available, any third-party documentation which supports your request for accommodations should also be uploaded at the time of your registration.
