Biography

Rahul Sivankutty, PhD

Rahul's primary research interest lies in the area of Physical oceanography and ocean modeling. In his PhD he studied the processes behind strong warming trend observed in Indian Indian Ocean over the last half century. He is interested in research related to oceans role in modulating the climate variability and climate change. At NYUAD, he contributes to the working group on the development of a Polar Climate model.
