Dr. Muhammad Nouman Amjad Raja obtained his PhD from Edith Cowan University (ECU) in 2021, Australia, and his MSc degree in 2016 from the Department of Civil, Geo and Environmental Engineering, Technische Universität München (TUM), Germany.
He is a Postdoctoral Associate at New York University (Civil and Urban Engineering). Moreover, he holds the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Management and Technology, Pakistan, and is also a member of the Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Research Group, ECU, Australia.
His current research focus is the application of machine learning in geotechnical engineering. He has already published several papers in reputed Geotechnical Engineering journals. Besides serving as a reviewer for various top-notched Geotechnical Engineering journals, he has been recently selected as the youngest Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Geosynthetics and Ground Engineering.
