Kaustuv Kanti Ganguli has been awarded the best paper award at various international conferences such as ISMIR 2017 which led to invited journal publications. Additionally, Ganguli received a Gold Medalist for his undergraduate Engineering studies at his state university. He was nominated for the best thesis award and excellence in innovation awards from graduate school IIT Bombay. On the music performance side, Ganguli has acquired several national accolades including the President's Gold Medal and a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture in India.
