Zainab Alhaddad is a graduate of BSc in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah (AUS), 2019. After achieving the valedictorian position for her high school diploma and during her stay in AUS, she has joined the dean's list twice for high CGPAs, and graduated with the Magna Cum Laude honor prize. She has been provided sponsorship for her undergraduate studies from Dragon Oil, an oil and gas company, and has joined a 6-weeks internship program there in 2019.

Zainab Alhaddad is interested in researching fields, including petroleum studies, waste management, and air pollution control methods. For her graduation project from 2018 to 2019, Zainab Alhaddad has collaborated in a group of five chemical engineers on a project dubbed “Maximizing Carbon Black Production From Waste Tires Pyrolysis,” which was highly applauded at the time and won first place in a department poster award competition.
