Venkatesh Tentu is a Postdoctoral Associate at the NYU Abu Dhabi Wireless Research Center. He received his integrated MTech and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India, in 2024. Following the completion of his PhD, he joined Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, as a Postdoctoral Researcher, where he worked from 2024 to the end of 2025. He subsequently joined NYU Abu Dhabi in January 2026, where he is currently conducting research on terahertz (THz) communication systems and next-generation wireless technologies. His research interests span distributed multiple-input multiple-output (D-MIMO) systems, integrated sensing and communications (ISAC), terahertz (THz) communications, wireless optimization, and beyond-5G/6G networks. He has authored and co-authored several publications in leading IEEE journals, including TWC and TCOM, as well as international conferences such as ICC, GLOBECOM, and JC&S.
