Baraa Al Jorf has a Bachelor's degree (BSc) from New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) in Computer Engineering. He is currently a PhD Candidate at NYU in Computer Science and a Graduate Research Assistant at NYUAD, working under the supervision of Farah E.Shamout in the Clinical AI Lab. He is currently a Visiting Researcher at the University of Oxford's AI for Digital Health lab. In 2025, Al Jorf completed a semester as a Visiting PhD student at Columbia University's Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science as part of the Inter-University Engineering Doctoral Symposium program.
