1) Make sure to add shipping charges and Discount as a separate line.
2) Do NOT add bank/wiring charges and VAT (Value added tax) to the requisition.
3) If the amount needs to be split between chartfields, contact IT for assistance.
4) Enter the quotation reference in the “Additional Information” section and check “Send to supplier” checkbox.
