Memorial for Professor Tarek Al-Ghoussein

Tarek Al-Ghoussein,  Professor of Visual Arts, touched the lives of so many with his soulful teaching and heartfelt dedication to his community of artists, scholars, and family. Please join us in commemorating his life and career on Thursday, February 16 at 6:30pm GST in the Arts Center (C3), Red Theater and on Zoom.

Tarek had a relentless capacity to push and support those who shared his passion for photography, and  he made an indelible mark on the art scene of the Emirates and beyond. He will be remembered eternally for his kindness and humor.

The event will feature short remarks by his students, family members, friends, and colleagues. We will also be joined by distinguished guests.
