Call for Abstracts

Division of Science Annual Research Conference

We are pleased to invite research staff, including research scientists, associate researchers, and postdocs to submit abstracts for the upcoming Science Division Annual Research Conference, to be held on January 20, 2025. This conference aims to provide a platform for sharing cutting-edge research and fostering dialogue among colleagues across the Divisional programs.

Submission Guidelines

• Abstract Length: Abstracts must contain a title, author's names, and affiliations and should be no longer than 200 words.
• Format: Please follow the APA referencing style. Include full names, affiliations as well as email addresses of all collaborators.
• Presentation Type: Authors can specify their preference for oral or poster presentations.

Important Dates

• Abstract Submission Deadline: November 29, 2024
• Notification of Acceptance: December 20, 2024
• Conference Date: January 20, 2025

Please submit your abstracts through our online portal.

All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of NYUAD faculty and selected for either oral or poster presentation.
