This experience has helped me feel more confident about my impending entry into the real world.
I spent one summer interning with the associate producers and continuity departments of a stop-motion animation by Wes Anderson. I used this opportunity to help me decide if I want to pursue a career in the film industry after graduation.
Under the excellent tutelage of my two supervisors, I learned a lot about the motion-picture industry and filmmaking.
Being resourceful, open to possibility, and meeting as many people as I can on set helped me make the most of my internship.
Filmmaking is a team effort. I loved my work experience precisely because of this spirit of collaboration. I felt like I was a part of the team, which was incredibly rewarding.
