This is a great opportunity for you to grow as an individual and develop your skills so don’t be afraid to put yourself out there.
My advice would be to open yourself up to other departments in the company as much as you can. Socialize with the different employees, ask questions, try to learn what they’re doing and what they’re working on.
You might find, more often than not, that your interests align with people from different departments and this is something that can be very helpful for your professional life or if you’re still trying to figure things out.
