• Where are the laundry facilities located?

  The laundry rooms are on the second floor of A3 and A4 buildings.

• Can I bring my own washing machine?

  No. The apartments in A3 and A4 are not installed with the plumbing to support a washing machine. Residents can use the laundry facilities provided in each building.

• Is there an extractor fan in the kitchen?

  Yes — each kitchen has an extractor fan.

• Do I need to bring my own cutlery and utensils?

  You will need to provide your own cutlery and utensils as this is not provided.

• Can I bring my own furniture?

  These apartments are fully furnished, however if your furniture fits with the furnishings provided you can bring it. Otherwise you will need to make arrangements to sell or store your current furniture.

• Can I bring visitors into my apartment?

  Yes visitors are permitted in apartments, on a short-term basis. Long-term stays are not permitted.

• Is there a TV in the apartment?

  These apartments are not provided with TVs — tenants will need to provide their own.
