Dedicated to cultivating a campus culture rooted in community and connection, the office leads initiatives that expand access, empower individuals to succeed, and advance the University’s mission of building a globally engaged community where everyone can thrive. The office of Global Access and Engagement (OGAE) advances its work through five pathways:
- Strategic Guidance and Consultation
- Developing People
- Informing and Advancing Policies
- Creating and Expanding Resources
- Designing Community Targeted Programs
Through its initiatives, the office helps faculty, staff, and academic professionals enhance professional growth, cross-cultural understanding, conflict competence, and leadership capacity. In partnership with key stakeholders, it ensures that institutional policies and programs reflect NYUAD’s commitment to fairness, transparency, and an environment where global teams can thrive, innovate, and contribute meaningfully.
