Kelly Bradham
Assistant Director of Marine Science
Kelly Bradham is a senior research operations leader at New York University Abu Dhabi, where she supports the strategic and operational delivery of environmental science programs within the Mubadala Arabian Center for Climate and Environmental Sciences (Mubadala ACCESS) and the Burt Marine Biology Lab. With over a decade of experience in academic and research administration, she plays a central role in enabling complex, multidisciplinary research across climate science, marine biology, and environmental monitoring.
Kelly oversees center-wide operations and works closely with faculty, leadership, government partners, and funding organizations to translate scientific priorities into actionable programs, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives ranging from coral reef conservation and restoration to regional climate modeling and observational networks.
Known for her ability to bring structure to complex environments, Kelly is passionate about building systems, partnerships, and teams that support impactful science. Her work helps position NYUAD as a leading hub for environmental research in the UAE and the broader Gulf region.
