Kelly Bradham

As the Lab Manager for the Burt Lab at NYU Abu Dhabi, Kelly plays a pivotal role in fostering an environment of scientific exploration and collaboration within our globally recognized research hub. The Burt Lab stands at the forefront of marine biology, with a unique focus on the Arabian Gulf, the world's warmest sea, serving as our natural laboratory.

Kelly’s responsibilities include overseeing the scientific operations that enable our diverse team of over a dozen researchers to explore the complexities of marine ecosystems in thermally extreme environments. From corals and their symbionts to reef fishes, mangroves and seagrass, the lab’s work is dedicated to understanding the intricacies of how marine organisms respond to and adapt to extreme environments.
