“Gut health has long been considered most important in Ayurveda, an ancient Vedic practice. In modern healthcare and research we are only beginning to appreciate the vital role that this vast number of microbes and their products, collectively known as gut microbiome, plays as the master regulator of our overall health. In this documentary I had the chance to showcase our research on gut microbiomes of Nepali populations and discuss how different factors linked to our lifestyle may affect our gut health.”

Aashish Jha, Assistant Professor of Biology

The documentary seeks to answer questions such as: what do we need to become healthier and how can we learn more on what is good for our well-being? If you wish to find out more about Hack Your Health: The Secrets Of Your Gut you can visit this link.
