The NYU Abu Dhabi Library wants to hear from you. From February 6 to 26, the NYUAD Library is collecting feedback from the entire NYUAD community of students, staff, and faculty. We want to know what you like about our services, spaces, and collections, and what you would like to see more of in the Library.
This LibQUAL survey is an anonymous, web-based survey administered by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) asking library users their minimum, desired, and perceived service levels in these areas: library space, information access, and customer service.
The results provide NYUAD Library with valuable data for long term strategic planning. Feedback from the survey also helps the Library to better understand users’ perceptions and opinions which translate into service upgrades and improvement.
Comments from our past surveys have influenced real changes, such as extended hours, more soft seating and quiet study spaces, additional research workshops, collection development and database enhancement, as well as expansion of the Library's Leisure Reading and Global Languages Collections.
