Call for Abstracts

Division of Science Annual Research Conference

We are pleased to invite research staff, including research scientists, associate researchers, and postdocs, to submit abstracts for the upcoming Science Division Annual Research Conference, to be held on January 23, 2026. This conference aims to provide a platform for sharing cutting-edge research and fostering dialogue among colleagues across the Divisional programs.

Submission Guidelines

• Abstract Length: Maximum 200 words.
• Format: Abstracts must contain a title, author/s' full names and affiliations, the email addresses of any collaborators, and references where applicable.
• Presentation Type: Authors may specify their preference for either oral or poster presentations.
• Requirements: Open to submissions from NYUAD Division of Science research scientists, associate researchers, and postdoctoral fellows only.

Important Dates

• Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday, November 7, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: Wednesday, December 10, 2025
• Conference Date: Friday, January 23, 2026
