As Abu Dhabi continues its commitment to People of Determination and in alignment with the ‘Year of Community’, this year’s Inclusion Conference will focus on Inclusive Communities — bringing together key stakeholders to explore the next steps in fostering true inclusivity across all aspects of society.

The conference will open with a high-level panel featuring local regulators and sector leaders, setting the stage for the current landscape and future directions. From there, discussions will expand into practical, community-driven sessions aligned with key pillars of inclusion:

  • Inclusive Design and Innovation
    Exploration of the implementation of the Year of Community mandate through innovative strategies and inclusive design, creating an accessible community for all.

  • Fostering Inclusive Mindsets
    Awareness-building and mindset shifts in creating truly inclusive communities through People of Determination led focus groups and interactive discussions.

  • Community Engagement and Opportunities
    Engagement with community-driven initiatives to enhance access to and create meaningful engagement opportunities.

Open to a diverse group of attendees, including policymakers, educators, advocates, community organizers, parents, all People of Determination, and many more, this year’s conference will serve as a catalyst for more integrated, inclusive, and forward-thinking initiatives across Abu Dhabi.
