We are excited to announce the Third Brain Health Workshop, designed to explore advances in the field and to enhance your knowledge.
The workshop will cover basic and more advanced concepts of MRI and genetic analysis in the context of brain health and through a series of hands-on sessions designed to provide practical experience with MRI and genetic data.
The workshop will be conducted by national and international research experts, who will share their insights and experiences on the application and interpretation of brain imaging and genetic data. You will gain experience working with large open science data sets, especially in the context of obtaining normative data for comparison to data acquired in the UAE.
The workshop is aimed at advanced undergraduate, early graduate students and biomedical research professionals from across the UAE. The workshop is designed to broaden horizons for brain science research and careers in the UAE.
The workshop will include catering for all participants during the event and accommodation for out-of-town participants. To cover part of our expenses, there is a registration fee of AED 500 plus VAT (USD 137 plus VAT) for each participant.
The workshop is jointly organized by the Center for Brain and Health, New York University Abu Dhabi, and the Research Institute, New York University Abu Dhabi.
