The Center for Astro, Particle, and Planetary Physics (CAP3) invites high school and university-level students to register for the third annual Astronomy Camp. The camp is three days, four hours per day.
This Astronomy Camp is a preparatory crash course taught by NYU Abu Dhabi professors, research staff, and special guest speakers. Topics range from exoplanets, the solar system, the birth and death of stars, and the milky way. This crash course allows young people to have first-hand experience at a collegiate level. Upon full completion of the program, a digital certificate will be awarded to all students in the program. Slots are limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
Age and skill advisory: 13 years and up, high school and university level students, with preference given to students living in the United Arab Emirates Requirements: students under 18 will require parental permission to attend.
