A roundtable with curators Sam Bardaouil and Till Fellrath, and Directors of the Boghossian Foundation and The NYUAD Art Gallery
In this reunion, Ways of Seeing curators Sam Bardaouil and Till Fellrath join Louma Salamé, director of the Boghossian Foundation and The NYUAD Art Gallery Executive Director Maya Allison to explore how the curators conceptualized the exhibition for each region.
The panelists will explore how where we are changes how we see. The discussion will also connect to today’s circumstances, asking: “At a time when most travel has been curtailed due to the pandemic, will the concept of ‘region’ shift in light of our heightened virtual existence, across time-zones?”
This event is part of the TRACE: Archives and Reunions series, and will mark the publishing of the online archive for the Ways of Seeing exhibition, including excerpts of the book, videos, youth guide, and new installation views.
